CancelledListings Accounts

How long does it take to setup?

One of our engineers will spend 7 days with you and your team to get everyone signed up and trained on how to use the CancelledListings system. Each agent will receive their unique login information to access their dashboard. Access will be revoked to those who share their accounts with unauthorized agents (please refer to our Acceptible Use Policy).

Do you offer discounts for large firms?

Absolutely. If your firm has more than 50 agents, please email us with "Large Firm" in the subject line.

Am I tied to a contract?

There are absolutely no contracts with CancelledListings. You can cancel or pause your account at any time - though, agent access will be immediately revoked.

Using CancelledListings

Do I need any special skills to use CancelledListings?

None! CancelledListings is easy to use, even for those who are technologically challenged persons. Our search system work similarly to Zillow or Trulia, and many find it much easier to use than even your local MLS search!

Will I need to download any special apps?

The CL system can be accessed simply by loggin in to CancelledListings.com on any of your internet connected devices. The Sign In button can be found at the top right of the page. You don't need any special apps. Also, you can use any smart phone or tablet to access listings using our system.

How do I recommend suggestions?

At this time you can email us at help @ cancelledlistings.com with the subject line "Suggestion."" We review all emails and make note of what our agents are wanting to see. This helps shape what we do in the near future!
